The mall complex will maintain a large inventory of office, restaurant, and retail space for lease to small to midsize businesses. Small to long-term leases (minimum five years) are available.
We are encouraging and supporting existing corporations and non-profit organizations in their pursuit for success, as well as encouraging new entrepreneurs to set up and soar in the business environment the City of Pittsburgh and our North Side community has to offer.
The multi-purpose complex will maintain a large inventory of meeting and training space for businesses, individuals, and community organizations to rent.
We will provide audio/visual, and other presentation and training equipment to be utilized during meetings, orientations, and training sessions / conferences.
We offer facilities that can accommodate up to 200 people.
